What’s your spirit animal? Mine is the possum. I love how they can look so ferocious but are actually gentle. I like how they help us by eating insects and I think they are ugly/cute.
The way possum babies ride their mom’s backs and the way they can hang from branches by their tales made me think of having a good support system. Friends, family, and community form a safety net for many of us that is helpful and comforting.
