This is an 11x14 customized acrylic illustration painting of a church, university building, wedding venue, or business on birch or gesso board. First I glue a collage of pages of poetry, a book, music, or Bible on the board, then I use a photo of the building and your special requests and paint the building on the canvas in thin acrylic glazes, letting the print of the collage show through. I outline it with a permanent marker pen. It takes about 4-6 weeks for me to get the painting done, depending on the orders ahead of you.
If you decide to proceed, please purchase this listing and answer these detail questions: 1) Please attach a digital photo to a Shopify message. It needs to be taken far back enough that it shows all the edges of the building. If possible, also take photos of any important details (windows, signs, front doors, etc). 2) What colors are the siding, roof, doors, and windows? 3) Do you prefer a turquoise sky or true blue? 4) Please include your phone number so I can text with any last minute questions that occur while I am painting. 5) Any special instructions? (Landscaping, season, etc…) 6) Should the painting be turned horizontally or vertically?
After I do your painting, I send a digital photo to you for your approval. I do any necessary changes then ship the painting to you in a sturdy cardboard package, insured for the journey. Or you can receive a 10% discount if you are able to pick it up in person.
