In my art, the skeleton represents the core of our being, who we are when no one is witnessing our actions. In this painting I was thinking of how fragile peace is, like delicate bubbles. Achieving piece is like getting all those bubbles up and floating at the same time. And peace can easily be destroyed, peace between countries, peace between friends and family, peace in our own hearts.
