In my art, the skeleton represents the core of our being, who we are when no one is witnessing our actions.
In this painting I was thinking of how fragile peace is, like delicate bubbles. Achieving unity is like getting all those bubbles up and floating at the same time. And tranquility can easily be destroyed: between countries, between friends and family, peace in our own hearts.
