I took an antelope taxidermy piece that a generous lady gave me and turned her into a fancy Victorian steampunk sculpture. She has all the fancy found objects and a gold leafed base. This is my second antelope taxidermy piece.
She illustrates the fable of Kanu’s Lesson, where a hunter caught an antelope with golden horns and spared her life when she promised something better.
This lavendar antelope is the wise daughter of the antelope Kanu caught. She’s learning wisdom from her mother.
