India, little girl, dancers, namaste

This is an original painting of a little girl with a mother from India and a father from Georgia, USA. I loved the story of her heritage when I spoke with her father, a photographer I met at a show. So I did a painting honoring that heritage, focusing on the joy of movement, past and present.

It is painted with watercolors and acrylics on thick watercolor paper, size 12x16, matted and framed behind glass.

Shipping is covered by the listed price. It will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard package, with the art and glass separated by cardboard, insured for the journey.
