I have been painting my main focus for the new year for about a decade now. The visual reminder truly helps me to remember what I’m working towards all year.
In 2023 I am focusing on healing generations- on supporting myself and my family’s mental health. Traumas and mental illnesses can be passed on for generations. It takes real work to find healthy ways to manage what we inherit/learn and to grow into well balanced adults.
