This listing is for a custom made highly detailed 11x14 drawing of a house or barn. I work from a photo that you send to me digitally, attached to a Shopify message. I do the drawing on heavy Bristol 96lb drawing paper. Tell me any special requests you have (show the house number, add a bush, etc). Depending on the line of orders before you, I should get yours completed within 4-6 weeks, longer at Christmas time and wedding season. I send you a digital photo of the drawing for your approval, make any necessary changes, then mail the drawing in a sturdy cardboard package, insured for the journey. Or you can receive a 10% discount for picking it up in person.
