Shemp was a highly skilled comic who excelled at ad-libbing and physical comedy. If you’ve ever watched a busy chipmunk, you know how physically funny they are. So I named this chipmunk Shemp. I love her chipmunk mouth. Her eyelashes and whiskers are made from used guitar strings and I made her flowers using frosting piping tips. This is only the second chipmunk I’ve painted in my thick textured style so I suggest you grab her if you love chipmunks!
I painted Larry, Curly, Moe, and Shemp all at the same time so their colors and details are the same. I also framed them all in wooden frames painted white. Any combination of the four pieces would hang well together. They are each listed in separate listings.
