This order is for a made to order 9x12 pencil drawing of a church, business, or wedding venue. You can send me a digital picture of the building attached to a Shopify message, along with any special instructions (like leave out a tree, fill in a missing bush, etc). I then draw the house portrait using pencil on high quality 96lb Bristol drawing paper. I send a digital image of the drawing to you for your approval. After doing any needed changes, I then mail the drawing to you in a sturdy cardboard package, insured for the journey. Shipping is covered by the listed price. Or you can receive a 10% discount if you are able to pick it up in person. I should be able to complete the drawing within 4-6 weeks, depending on the line of orders ahead of you. This is a great wedding, Christmas or housewarming gift, special and unique.
