16x20, multiple buildings, farm, street scene, Custom art, drawing, from photo, pencil drawing

This listing is for a custom made highly detailed 16x20 drawing of multiple buildings: a farm, street scene, etc. I work from a photo that you send to me digitally, attached to a Shopify message. I do the drawing on heavy Bristol 96lb drawing paper. Tell me any special requests you have (show the house number, add a bush, etc).  Depending on the line of orders before you, I should get yours completed within 4-6 weeks, or longer at Christmas time and wedding season. I send you a digital photo of the drawing for your approval, make any necessary changes, then mail the drawing in a sturdy cardboard package, insured for the journey.  Shipping is covered by the listed price.  Or you can receive a 10% discount if you are able to pick it up in person.
